• UK deliveries: Postage is £4.95 or FREE for orders over £50

• Postage is made by Royal Mail, please allow 5 working days, orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted out on Monday

• If you would like to collect from the shop, tick the box at checkout

Returns

Sometimes, something you buy it is not quite right. Our returns policy entitles you to return items purchased at full price within 14 days of purchase of receipt, this excludes sale or reduced items.  As an independent store, we do not accept returns on any sale or reduced clothing.

• We need proof of purchase i.e. your receipt

• All labels must be attached, items must be in a re-saleable condition and must not show signs of wear. 

• We offer a refund for online goods and a credit note for shop bought products.

• We do not pay for return's postage

• We do not take returns for sale or reduced items

• We do not accept returns on the following items for hygiene purposes;

  • earrings​

  • tights

  • leggings

  • face masks

  • underwear

  • swimwear
