Sometimes, something you buy it is not quite right. Our returns policy entitles you to return items purchased at full price within 30 days of purchase of receipt, this excludes sale or reduced items.
We do not accept returns on any sale or reduced clothing. We also do not pay for return postage as we are a small independent boutique.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, earrings or sets containing earrings unless faulty, and we do not accept swimwear returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
